Elizabeth M. Nolan BS, CHRS
Elizabeth is the Management Consultant for Servane Cross, Inc.
She has nearly 10 years of recruiting and talent management experience
with notable New York-based organizations such as Citigroup and Moody's
Investor Services.
Elizabeth holds a BS in Finance/International Business with a minor in
Spanish from The College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York
and is pursuing her MS in Human Resources from NYU. She is a Certified
Healthcare Recruitment Specialist (CHRS) and will be sitting for her PHR
Exam in 2010. Elizabeth is also a member of the Society of Human
Resource Management (SHRM).
In her free time, Elizabeth is a subject matter expert on topics related to
care giving and is currently working on the manuscript for her first book on
family care giving. She also enjoys volunteering, following the New York
Yankees, international traveling, and spending time with her two nieces in
California. Elizabeth resides in Valley Stream, NY.

Sung N. Kim CDR, ACIR, HRPD
Sung is the Director of Client Services & CEO of Servane Cross, Inc.
He has over 15 years of HR experience with emphasis on Recruitment,
Behavioral Interviewing, and Retention. Throughout his career, Sung has
held leadership roles with highly respected organizations including Mercy
Medical Center Redding (CHW), The Bank of New York, The Port Authority
of NY & NJ Police Department, Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) and AIG
Insurance. His ability to make sound decisions, emphasize client-focused
service and introduce innovative recruiting programs has been recognized
by his colleagues throughout the industry.
Sung holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The City College of New
York and is finishing his MS in Organizational Leadership from National
University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources
Management (SHRM), National Association of Health Care Recruiters
(NAHCR), and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources
Administration (ASHHRA). Sung has also earned distinction through
specialized certification as a Certified Diversity Recruiter, Certified Internet
Recruiter, and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter along with his HRPD
certification in Human Resources.
Sung serves as Personnel Committee Chairman and Board Member for the
United Way of Northern California, is an active board member/deacon of his
church and plays the saxophone, piano and guitar. A native New Yorker,
he is still an avid fan of the New York Yankees. Sung resides in Redding,
CA with his wife JiWon and daughters Christall and Norah.

Jon H. Harvey CHRS
Jon is the Director of Recruiting and COO of Servane Cross, Inc.
Before entering into the world of Healthcare Recruiting, he spent 20 years
in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer First Class with the final nine years of
his career solely involved with Naval Recruiting. His accomplishments
include receiving the Recruiter of the Year Award twice. Jon most recently
managed the recruitment function for Northern California Rehab Hospital
where he implemented formal recruitment strategy, cost-effective sourcing,
and behavioral interviewing. He looks forward to sitting for his AIRS and
PHR certification exams in 2010.
Jon serves as a Board Member for the United Way of Northern California
and is a member of the Elks Lodge. He resides in Redding, CA.
